Yes! We have a beautiful on-site rental gallery with everything you need, from backdrops to flower girl baskets. Full setup and takedown packages are available with our complete wedding packages, and a catalog of all items if provided when you book. Every decoration is designed for use only a Walnut Grove, making your celebration effortless and beautiful

Yes! Our outdoor food prep kitchen, BINZEBO, is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, food warmer, sink, prep counter, and storage, plus a beautiful serving area. It's perfect for vendors and makes catering your celebration convenient and seamless.

Our venue at Walnut Grove is thoughtfully designed for intimate outdoor celebrations. We can host up to 110 guests for your ceremony and seated dinner. For an open house-style reception, we can accommodate up to 210 guests total.

Yes! Every package at Walnut Grove includes our custom hardwood tables & chairs, designed to complement the walnut groves and create a stunning setting for your celebration. We handle full setup and takedown. You're also welcome to bring additional tables, chairs, furniture, canopies, tents, or decorations to personalize your day.

We're at 8600 US-91, Richmond, Utah, just 1 mile south of Lower Foods. Surrounded by walnut orchards, Walnut Grove feels like a peaceful mountain escape. We're only 9 miles north of Logan Utah, right off the highway, so guests can find us easily.

Yes! As a beautiful outdoor venue, Walnut Grove is seasonal. For 2026, we welcome celebrations from May 15 through October 10, on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. These months provide the perfect backdrop of our orchards and grounds for your unforgettable day.

Yes! Setup and takedown are included with every booking. We take care of the heavy lifting and layout planning so your tables and chairs are perfectly arranged, letting you and your guests fully enjoy your big day at Walnut Grove.

We're excited to welcome little guests to "The Little Grove"- our on-site playground designed just for them. Tucked away & thoughtfully designed to match the woodsy charm of Walnut Grove, it's a unique and fun space where kids can climb, play and enjoy the celebration safely, without detracting from the beauty of your day. It gives parents peace of mind while keeping the orchard's gorgeous trees protected.

Yes! We provide a portable Bluetooth speaker and microphone, perfect for music, announcements, and during your ceremony in the wedding orchard. You're also welcome to bring a DJ or live band to elevate the celebration. Please note that music should conclude by 9:30 P.M. keeping your evening relaxed and stress-free.

For safety, fireworks, fire lanterns, and real candles are not allowed. But, your guests can enjoy sparklers, and we provide a sparklers kit to make it easy and safe. For a cozy glow, LED candles are also available to rent from our on-site gallery, keeping your celebration magical and stress-free.

All of out tables, chairs, decorations, and Photo Booth are designed for use on-site at Walnut Grove. This keeps every detail perfectly styled for your celebration and ensures your wedding looks picture-perfect without any extra effort.

Yes! We provide clean, convenient outdoor restrooms for your guests, so everyone can enjoy the celebration comfortably.  

Your deposit is nonrefundable, but if adjustments are needed and you notify us at least 48 hours before your booking time, the remaining balance will be refunded. This gives you flexibility.

At this time, Walnut Grove is an alcohol-free venue.
