We are located in Richmond, Utah. Our venue is 9 miles from Logan, Utah and only 7 minutes from the Smithfield, Utah temple,

How do I secure a booking and/or tour of Walnut Grove Weddings and Events?

Fill out the form and we will contact you to confirm a tour and/or booking.

A non-refundable fee is required when booking. You can also reach us at walnutgroveweddings.events@gmail.com or call/text (435)760-0577.

Are you a seasonal venue? What months & days are you open?

Yes, because we are are a beautiful outdoor venue, we are a seasonal. We are open May 15th through October 10th in 2026. We are open for events on Fridays & Saturdays, for full day rentals, from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm.

How many people can your venue accomodate?

Because we are an intimate outdoor venue you may invite up to 110 guests for your ceremony and dinner, and for an open house reception you can invite up to 100 additional guests.

Is set up and take down of your tables & chairs really included?

Yes!! Set up and take down is included with every booking! Let us do the heavy lifting and layout planning so you ALL can enjoy the big day!!

Do you have a Rental Gallery on-site for decorations?

Yes!! We have a beautiful Rental Gallery on-site with EVERYTHING you'll need from Backdrops to flower girl baskets! We even have full set-up/take down packages! Let mom enjoy the day and let us handle it all! (Remember, a booking includes full set-up and take-down of our gorgeous walnut tables and chairs too!)

Our Gallery is also available in a complete catalog of every item we carry. This catalog is available when you book your wedding. Our decoration items are only for use at Walnut Grove Wedding & Events.

Does Walnut Grove Weddings & Events allow alcohol?

We are an alcohol free center at this time.

Is there a kitchen on-site?

This is strictly an outdoor venue and all food/drinks will need to be brought in or catered. We have great recommendations of food trucks and caterers that will make your day stress free, and delicious! We have an area reserved for vendor parking. There are plenty of outlets around the property and we also have potable water hookups.

We are excited to announce the addition of Walnut Grove's BINZEBO for 2026! It will have a fridge/freezer, microwave, food warmer, prep counter & table, storage areas, as well as a beautiful serving setting for you and your vendors.

Can we bring in our own tables and chairs?

When you book with Walnut Grove Wedding and Events, the price is the same whether you use our tables and chairs or not. You may bring additional tables, chairs, furniture accents, canopies, tents, and decorations for your event.

What about the kids?

We are so excited to announce the addition of "THE LITTLE GROVE" shaded playground for the little ones at Walnut Grove. This will be a unique and delightful play place for the kids to enjoy the celebration even more!

Do you allow fireworks on the property?

You may use sparklers, but no real candles, no fire lit lanterns, and no fireworks please. You will be responsible for the proper disposal and clean up of the sparklers.

Can I rent the tables, chairs, Photo Booth, and decorations to use off site?

Everything is for use on our property only.

Do you provide restrooms for this outdoor venue?

We do provide outdoor restrooms.

Do you provide a sound system?

We have a portable Bluetooth loudspeaker and microphone. You may have a band or DJ. Music must be off by 9:30 pm.

Can I cancel due to weather conditions?

Yes, if you cancel within 48 hours, due to weather conditions, from the starting time of your booking date, then the remaining balance will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable, even due to weather related cancelations.
