Ceremony & Dinner: Up to 100 guests

Optional Evening Celebration & Open House: Up to 50 additional guests

The additional guests may join you for a casual, come-and-go celebration following the wedding. The open house is not an extension of the dinner reception, and receiving lines are not permitted.

This approach allows you to celebrate your wedding intimately with the people closest to you, while still sharing your joy with additional friends and loved ones in a relaxed setting.

Yes! We welcome reception-only celebrations of up to 150 guests. These celebrations are designed as casual, come-and-go open houses, giving you a relaxed way to celebrate with additional friends and family. Formal receiving lines are not permitted. 

Yes! Setup and takedown of our custom hardwood tables and chairs are included with every booking. Beautifully crafted to complement the natural beauty of our walnut orchard, they are part of what makes a Walnut Grove celebration feel so special.

We take care of the heavy lifting and layout so everything is ready for your celebration, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day.

Yes! A dedicated event manager will be on-site during your celebration to guide vendors and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you and your guests can enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.

Yes! One of the things that makes a Walnut Grove wedding so easy is having our beautiful décor rental gallery right here on-site. From ceremony backdrops to beautiful finishing touches, our collection is designed to complement the natural beauty of the walnut orchard.

No shopping, transporting, or returning décor! Choose what you love, and we’ll help make your outdoor celebration beautiful and stress-free. Setup and takedown packages are also available.

Yes! Our outdoor food prep kitchen, BINZEBO, is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, food warmer, sink, prep counter, and storage, along with a beautiful serving area.

It’s designed with outdoor celebrations in mind and makes it easy and convenient for your caterer or food vendor to prepare and serve your food right here at Walnut Grove.

Yes! Walnut Grove has a beautifully lit outdoor dance floor, nestled beneath our old-fashioned giant silo, next to the walnut orchard and surrounded by twinkling lights. It’s one of our favorite places to celebrate under the stars!

We provide a portable speaker and microphone for announcements and special moments. We also have connections with wonderful, affordable DJs who are a perfect fit for an outdoor Walnut Grove celebration.

You’re also welcome to bring your own DJ or live band. All music must end by 9:30 PM in consideration of our neighbors.

Yes! Meet Half Pint, our darling and unique horse-trailer photo booth, created especially for Walnut Grove celebrations!

Half Pint includes a photo booth attendant, playful props, and a customized guestbook filled with photos from your wedding. Your guests also get to take a photo home as a fun keepsake from your celebration.

We're excited to welcome little guests to "The Little Grove"- our on-site playground designed just for them. Tucked away & thoughtfully designed to match the woodsy charm of Walnut Grove, it's a unique and fun space where kids can climb, play and enjoy the celebration safely, without detracting from the beauty of your day. It gives parents peace of mind while keeping the orchard's gorgeous trees protected.

Yes! As a beautiful outdoor venue, Walnut Grove is seasonal. For 2027, we welcome wedding celebrations from May 21 through October 9, on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. These months provide the perfect backdrop of our orchards and grounds for your unforgettable day.

We're at 8600 US-91, Richmond, Utah, just 1 mile south of Lower Foods. Surrounded by walnut orchards, Walnut Grove feels like a peaceful mountain escape. We're only 9 miles north of Logan Utah, right off the highway, so guests can find us easily.

Yes! Every package at Walnut Grove includes our custom hardwood tables & chairs, designed to complement the walnut groves and create a stunning setting for your celebration. We handle full setup and takedown. You're also welcome to bring additional tables, chairs, furniture, canopies, tents, or decorations to personalize your day.

For safety, fireworks, fire lanterns, and real candles are not allowed. But, your guests can enjoy sparklers, and we provide a sparklers kit to make it easy and safe. For a cozy glow, LED candles are also available to rent from our on-site gallery, keeping your celebration magical and stress-free.

All of out tables, chairs, decorations, and Photo Booth are designed for use at Walnut Grove. This keeps every detail perfectly styled for your celebration and ensures your wedding looks picture-perfect without any extra effort.

Yes! We provide clean, convenient outdoor restrooms for your guests, so everyone can enjoy the celebration comfortably.

Your deposit is nonrefundable, but if adjustments are needed and you notify us at least 48 hours before your booking time, the remaining balance will be refunded. This gives you flexibility.

At this time, Walnut Grove is an alcohol-free venue.
